Pilot a quadricopter with your iPhone



 The manufacturer Parrot announces the release of the second version of the AR Drone ,
 a quadricopter controlled by iPhone, iPad or iPod. The AR Drone 2 is more
 stable and intuitive to ride than the previous model. This is the Wi-Fi system
 which allows to control the quadricopter with a tablet or smartphone.
The second generation of this high-tech toy carries two cameras
 high resolution (1280 x 720 pixels) , one located at the front of the apparatus,
 and the other below , facing the ground . Through the application AR.FreeFlight 2.0
 it is possible to view the route on his iPhone made ​​by the RA
 Drone 2 , and record all data theft as duration,
 speed or altitude. A community application enables
 share photos taken during a flight, or his tips
 the most appropriate places to fly the AR Drone 2. The machine is provided
 with two hulls of protection , one very aerodynamic for control
 outdoor and one that protects four helices ( see photos) for the
 flying indoors.
 The Parrot AR Drone 2 has been marketed since 2012 at 300 euros.
