Industrial designer Peter Treadway has developed motorized rollers
baptized spnKix (pronounced spin- kicks ) , adaptable to all types of shoes.
They allow you to move effortlessly up to 16 km / h. This conveyance
futuristic party was funded by the public site Kickstarter .
Skating spnKix equipped with an engine and an electric battery are synchronized
therebetween. The battery recharges in two hours and four kilometers to browse
m on average. A remote control with a strap to attach it to the arm
allows control of the moving speed .
The use of rollers spnKix remains difficult , but fortunately it is
possible to add small wheels for learning period.
They are marketed since March 2012 to 500 euros.
